May, you may
A poem
May, you may
let me hear the blackbird through my open window in the evening
let me wake early in your morning light
let me breathe in the scent of bird cherry after the rain
let me walk with my senses open and notice all that you show me -
the apple blossoms the green birches and the swallows that have flown all this way to be right here
May, you may
show me that after winter comes spring
after contraction comes expansion
after difficult times comes abundance
May, you may
hold me
as each day grows a little lighter

"the swallows
that have flown
all this way
to be right
here"
So beautiful and grounding to read, Idun ❤️
